Worcester Industries Return Policy
At Worcester Industries, we are committed to ensuring your complete satisfaction with every purchase. Should you find yourself dissatisfied for any reason, we offer a straightforward return process designed to provide convenience and peace of mind.
Return Window: You may return your purchase to Worcester Industries within 30 days from the date of purchase. Claims for missing items or damage during transit must be reported within two business days of receiving the merchandise.
Refund Options: We provide the option to exchange the item(s) or receive a full refund for the purchased item. Refunds will be issued using the original payment method. For credit card payments, the refund will be credited back to your account, typically within 7-10 business days. For cheque payments, a refund cheque will be issued after 10 business days from the date of purchase.
Restocking Fee: In cases where conditions are not met, Worcester Industries reserves the right to charge a restocking fee of 3%.
How to Return or Exchange an Item:
- Obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number from your sales consultant.
- Place the item in its original packaging within a shipping carton, ensuring stickers or labels are not placed directly on the manufacturer’s package.
- Clearly write the RMA number on the outer box or affix the provided label.
- Ship the item via insured ground service with a tracking number. Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer.
Return Guidelines:
- All returned items must be in new condition, with original packaging and accessories intact.
- Items with timers must show less than 120 minutes of use, and those with shutter counters must have fewer than 200 exposures.
- Worcester Industries is not liable for personal data or items left in returned merchandise.
- Defective items may be repaired or exchanged at our discretion for the same or equivalent model.
- RMA numbers are valid for 10 days.
Limitation of Liability: Worcester Industries bears responsibility solely for the monetary value of the merchandise purchased. We are not liable for any consequential or incidental damages resulting from the sale or use of merchandise.
